Your GPS location is used to locate your vehicle in the following situations:
- For emergency services
- When using the remote vehicle finder
- When using the geofence feature
In equipped Navara vehicles, the GPS location of the vehicle as shown in the Vehicle Finder feature is kept up-to-date only if you have turned off "Limit Shared Vehicle Data." Follow the steps below.
- Turn on the ignition.
- On the infotainment menu screen, press the "Info" button.
- From the Info screen, press "NissanConnect Services."
- From the NissanConnect Services screen, press "NissanConnect Services Settings."
- From the next NissanConnect Services screen, press "Vehicle Data Sharing."
- From the Vehicle Data Sharing menu, toggle "Limit Shared Vehicle Data" to OFF.
If you accept this option, then the Vehicle Finder will display the last captured location prior to turning on "Limit Shared Vehicle Data."
