You can reset your password by using the MyNISSAN Navara Mobile App by selecting "Forgot Password."
An email with a password reset link will be sent to the primary user’s email address. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive. If you do not see the email in a timely manner, please check your spam or junk folder, and confirm the registered user's email address.
Important: Avoid selecting "Forgot Password" multiple times because each new request invalidates the previous reset link.
Password requirements:
- Must be between 8 and 15 characters.
- Must have at least one uppercase letter.
- Must have at least one lowercase letter.
- Must have at least one special character: ! @ # $ ^ & * ( ) -.
- Must have at least one number.
To reset your password, follow the steps below.
- Select "Forgot password?"
- Select "Forgot Password."
- Enter your registered email address.
- Select "RESET PASSWORD."
- Check your email for a message about resetting the password, and then click on the link therein to set a new password.
