If you have access to the email address used to set up the account, you can change the email address by using the MyNISSAN Navara Mobile App.
If you do not have access to the email address used to create the account, contact the Nissan Assistance Centre to cancel the account and re-register.
To contact the Nissan Assistance Centre:
- Press the "Info." button on the infotainment menu screen. Press "NissanConnect Services." Press "Call Nissan Assistance."
- Alternatively, press the "Map" button on the infotainment menu screen. Then press the headphone icon.

When the call is complete, press "Hang Up" on the infotainment screen.
To update your email address, follow the steps below.
- Sign in to your account on the MyNISSAN Navara Mobile App.
- Select "Account Settings" by selecting the gear icon on the home screen.
- Select "My Account."
- Select "Email Address."
- Enter your new email address.
- Confirm your new email address.
- Save your changes.
