When a MyNISSAN subscription is allowed to expire or when you cancel your subscription, the Telematics Control Unit in your vehicle is no longer registered on the mobile network. Remote operations and other services will no longer be available.
You can renew your subscription to MyNISSAN Services after your trial period expires, after a paid subscription expires, or after your subscription is cancelled. However, please note that it takes some time for the vehicle to re-register on the network. If the MyNISSAN Services are not working after your purchase, it is recommended that you turn on the vehicle manually and drive for a minimum of 5 minutes before attempting to do remote operations.
