The MyNISSAN Navara Mobile App allows you to cancel your subscription. This action removes information from your profile, removes the vehicle from your account, and removes any paid active subscriptions associated with your account.
To cancel your account, turn off the vehicle’s engine, and then follow the steps below.
- Sign in to your account on the MyNISSAN Navara Mobile App.
- Select "Account Settings" by selecting the gear icon on the home screen.
- Select "Cancel Account" and review the summary of actions associated with cancelling the account.
- When you are ready, select "Cancel My Account" and then select the back arrow to return to the previous menu.
You can also contact the Nissan Assistance Centre to speak to an agent. You will need your account security PIN to complete the cancellation process.
To contact the Nissan Assistance Centre:
- Press the "Info." button on the infotainment menu screen. Press "NissanConnect Services." Press "Call Nissan Assistance."
- Alternatively, press the "Map" button on the infotainment menu screen. Press the headphone icon to call Nissan Assistance.
