You can call Nissan Assistance from your vehicle or through a direct dial number.
Calling from inside your Navara vehicle:
- From inside your vehicle, turn on the engine.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Press the "Info." button on the infotainment menu screen. Press "NissanConnect Services." Press "Call Nissan Assistance."
- Or press the "Map" button on the infotainment menu screen. Press the headphone icon to call Nissan Assistance.
One of our agents will be with you shortly.
Note: The call may be muted for up to 1 minute.
- When the call is complete, press "Hang Up" on the infotainment screen.
