For the SOS Emergency Assistance and Call Nissan Assistance buttons inside the vehicle to work, you must be in an area with good mobile network coverage.
The following situations enable the SOS and Call Nissan Assistance buttons:
- The door is opened or closed.
- You press the Ignition button to power the accessories without starting the engine.
- You start the vehicle engine.
In Navara vehicles, the Call Nissan Assistance button is found on the infotainment menu screen. Press the "Info." button, then press "NissanConnect Services."
Additionally, your service period could be expired, and your vehicle's device could be deactivated. If this is the case, and you would like to renew your services, please contact the Nissan Assistance Centre.
