The SOS button calls the MyNISSAN Emergency Response Centre in case of emergency. If the SOS button is not working, ensure that these pre-conditions are met and try again.
To connect to the emergency response centre:
- Your vehicle should be located in an area with good mobile connectivity.
- The green light next to the SOS button must be illuminated. The
following situations enable the SOS button:
- The door is opened or closed.
- You press the Ignition button to power the accessories without starting the engine.
- You start the vehicle engine.
- If the SOS button is still not working, if possible, try driving to a different location and pressing the button again.
- If you are still unable to reach the emergency response centre, confirm that you are within the service period and your account is active.
- If you are still unable to reach the emergency response centre, then visit your local dealer for further investigation.
