There are two ways to call from your vehicle’s infotainment menu screen.
- Press the "Map" button on the infotainment menu screen. Press the headphone icon to initiate the call.
- Press the "Info." button. Press "NissanConnect EV & Services." Press "Call Nissan Assistance."

Note: The call may be muted for up to 1 minute.
When the call is complete, press "Hang up" on the infotainment screen.
