For the SOS Emergency Assistance and Nissan Assistance buttons to work, you must first start the vehicle engine to power the telematics control unit.
Additionally, your service period could be expired, and your vehicle's device could be deactivated. If this is the case, and you would like to renew your services, please contact customer care.
In Rogue PHEV vehicles, the Nissan Assistance button is the same as the "Call Nissan Assistance" button, which is found on the infotainment menu screen. Press the "Info." button, then press "NissanConnect EV & Services."
