On the infotainment menu screen, press the "Info." button. Press "NissanConnect EV & Services." Press "Call Nissan Assistance." Selecting this option from the infotainment menu screen uses the vehicle’s cellular service to call the Nissan Assistance Center.
If the call is not working, ensure that your engine is on and your vehicle is located in an area with good cellular connectivity.
- If the call is still not connecting, try driving to a different location and trying again.
- If you are still unable to reach Nissan Assistance, confirm that you are within the service period and your account is active.
- If you are still unable to reach Nissan Assistance, then visit your local dealer for further investigation.
